Kısaca: nowile'ı CV hazırlamak için kullanırsınız. Yazdığınız her şey sizindir. Ücretsiz şablonlar bedava, premium şablonlar tek seferlik satın alınır ve ömür boyu sizde kalır. Abonelik yoktur.
Bu koşullar kimin arasında
nowile uygulamasını ve web editörünü Ömer Barış Albayrak işletir. Aşağıda "biz" derken onu, "siz" derken hizmeti kullanan kişiyi kastediyoruz. Uygulamayı indirdiğinizde ya da editörü kullandığınızda bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hizmet ne yapar
nowile bilgilerinizi bir kez almanızı, bir şablon seçmenizi ve PDF olarak CV indirmenizi sağlar. Yardımcı özellikler: konuşarak doldurma, belge fotoğrafından bilgi aktarma, telefon ile tarayıcı arasında eşitleme.
Uygulamayı olduğu gibi sunuyoruz. Hizmetin kesintisiz olacağını ya da hazırladığınız CV ile iş bulacağınızı taahhüt etmiyoruz.
Hesabınız
Giriş Google veya Apple hesabınızla yapılır. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Bir hesabı birden fazla kişiyle paylaşmayın.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Profilim › Hesabı sil yolundan kapatabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ağır biçimde ihlal ederseniz biz de hesabınızı kapatabiliriz; böyle bir durumda sebebini bildiririz.
İçeriğiniz size aittir
CV'nize yazdığınız her şey, eklediğiniz fotoğraf dahil, sizin kalır. Sahipliği devralmıyoruz. Yalnız hizmeti size sunabilmek için, yani veriyi saklamak, kâğıda basmak ve PDF üretmek için gereken sınırlı izni kullanırız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde bu izin de biter.
Yazdıklarınızın doğruluğundan siz sorumlusunuz. Başkasının bilgisini, size ait olmayan bir fotoğrafı ya da hakkınız olmayan bir içeriği yüklemeyin.
Yapamayacaklarınız
- Hizmeti yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanmak
- Sisteme izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak, kotaları aşmak için hile yapmak
- Şablonları çoğaltıp kendi ürünü gibi dağıtmak veya satmak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye çalışmak
- Otomatik araçlarla toplu istek göndermek
Ücretsiz ve ücretli
nowile'ı indirmek ücretsizdir. Ücretsiz şablonlarla CV hazırlayıp PDF indirebilirsiniz. Ücretsiz kullanımda aylık CV oluşturma sınırı vardır; sınır uygulama içinde gösterilir.
Premium şablonlar tek seferlik satın alınır. Abonelik yoktur, tekrar eden ödeme yoktur. Satın aldığınız şablon hesabınızda kalır; dilediğiniz zaman açar, düzenler ve yeniden indirirsiniz.
Fiyatlar uygulama ve editör içinde, bulunduğunuz ülkenin para biriminde gösterilir. Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz ama satın aldığınız şablonun hakkı geri alınmaz.
Ödeme nasıl işliyor
Web üzerinden (editor.nowile.com) yapılan satın alımlarda ödemeyi Paddle.com Market Limited alır. Paddle bu işlemler için kayıtlı satıcıdır (merchant of record). Yani sözleşmenin ödeme tarafı Paddle'dır: faturayı Paddle keser, vergiyi Paddle hesaplar ve öder, iade ve ters ibraz süreçlerini Paddle yürütür. Paddle'ın alıcı koşulları paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms adresindedir.
iOS ve Android uygulamalarından yapılan satın alımlarda ödemeyi Apple veya Google alır; o işlemler ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.

Yapay zekâ özellikleri
Konuşarak doldurma ve belgeden aktarma yapay zekâ ile çalışır. Bu özellikler yardımcıdır, kusursuz değildir: yanlış anlayabilir, eksik aktarabilir. İndirmeden önce CV'nizi gözden geçirmek size düşer. Yapay zekânın ürettiği metinden doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Kesinti ve değişiklik
Bakım, güncelleme ya da bizim elimizde olmayan sebeplerle hizmet geçici olarak kesilebilir. Özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Satın aldığınız bir şablonu kaldırmak zorunda kalırsak size haber verir ve indirebilmeniz için makul bir süre tanırız.
Sorumluluk
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan (kaybedilen iş fırsatı, veri kaybı, kâr kaybı gibi) sorumlu değiliz. Doğrudan zararlarda sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu, tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz ve sözleşmeyle sınırlanamayan yasal haklarınızı etkilemez.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici iseniz, yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı haklar saklıdır ve kendi ülkenizin mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz.

In short: you use nowile to build a CV. Everything you write stays yours. Free templates cost nothing, premium templates are a one-off purchase and stay yours for life. There is no subscription.
Who these terms are between
The nowile app and web editor are operated by Ömer Barış Albayrak. Below, "we" means them and "you" means the person using the service. By downloading the app or using the editor, you accept these terms.
What the service does
nowile lets you enter your details once, choose a template and download your CV as a PDF. Supporting features: filling in by speaking, importing details from a photo of a document, and syncing between phone and browser.
We provide the app as it is. We do not promise that the service will never be interrupted, nor that the CV you make will get you a job.
Your account
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Do not share one account between several people.
You can close your account whenever you like through My profile › Delete account. If you seriously breach these terms we may close it too, and we will tell you why.
Your content is yours
Everything you write in your CV, including the photo you add, stays yours. We take no ownership. We only use the limited permission needed to run the service for you, that is to store the data, lay it out on the page and produce the PDF. That permission ends when you delete your account.
You are responsible for what you write being true. Do not upload someone else's details, a photo that is not yours, or content you have no right to.
What you may not do
- Use the service for anything unlawful
- Try to gain unauthorised access, or game the quotas
- Copy the templates and distribute or sell them as your own
- Try to reverse engineer the app
- Send bulk automated requests
Free and paid
nowile is free to download. You can build a CV with the free templates and download the PDF. Free use has a monthly limit on creating CVs, and that limit is shown inside the app.
Premium templates are a one-off purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. A template you buy stays in your account: open it, edit it and download it again whenever you like.
Prices are shown inside the app and the editor in the currency of your country. We may change prices, but a template you have already bought is never taken away.
How payment works
For purchases made on the web (editor.nowile.com), payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the merchant of record for those transactions. That means Paddle is the seller on the payment side: Paddle issues the invoice, calculates and remits the tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks. Paddle's buyer terms are at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
For purchases made in the iOS and Android apps, payment is taken by Apple or Google, and those transactions are governed by that store's terms.

AI features
Filling in by speaking and importing from documents both run on AI. These features help, but they are not perfect: they can mishear or miss something. Checking your CV before you download it is up to you. We are not responsible for what follows from text produced by the AI.
Interruptions and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove features. If we ever have to withdraw a template you bought, we will tell you and give you reasonable time to download your work.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed job opportunity, lost data or lost profit. For direct losses, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
None of this affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer, which cannot be limited by contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the rights given to you by the consumer law of your own country still stand, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.
