Neler kalıyor
- Faturalar. Vergi mevzuatı gereği ödeme sağlayıcısında (Paddle, Apple ya da Google) ayrıca tutulur; bizim silme işlemimizden bağımsızdır.
- Makbuz kilitleri. Kişiye değil satın alma makbuzuna aittir, aynı makbuzun ikinci kez kullanılmasını engeller. Kişisel bilgi içermez.
Sildikten sonra
Aynı e-postayla yeniden kayıt olabilirsiniz. Eski CV'leriniz ve satın aldığınız şablonlar geri gelmez, o yüzden silmeden önce indirmek istediğinizi PDF olarak kaydedin.

Deleting your nowile account

In short: you can delete your account and everything in it. Three taps if you have the app. If you removed it, write to us and we will do it.
From the app
- Tap the profile circle in the bottom bar
- Delete account
- Confirm the dialog
It is deleted the moment you confirm. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Write to info@nowile.com from your account's email address. We ask for nothing else.
We confirm your request within 2 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and the details in it
- Every CV you saved
- Templates you unlocked and your invoice records
- Your usage counters
- The PDF and preview files on our servers
- Your public profile page and username
- Your sign in record
What stays
- Invoices. The payment provider (Paddle, Apple or Google) keeps them for tax purposes, separately from our deletion.
- Receipt locks. They belong to the purchase receipt rather than to a person, and stop the same receipt being used twice. They hold no personal information.
After deletion
You can sign up again with the same email. Your old CVs and the templates you bought will not come back, so save anything you want as a PDF first.
