Kısaca: CV'nizi yazarken girdiğiniz bilgiler size aittir. Onları size hizmet vermek için tutarız, kimseye satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız. Diploma fotoğrafınız telefonunuzdan hiç çıkmaz. Hesabınızı silmek istediğinizde her şey gider.

nowile, CV hazırlamaya yarayan bir uygulama ve web editörüdür. Bu politika nowile.com, editor.nowile.com ve iOS ile Android uygulamalarının tamamını kapsar.

Reklam kimliği toplamıyoruz. Sizi siteler arasında izlemiyoruz. Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı kullanmıyoruz.
Diploma ve sertifika fotoğrafları
Belge tarama özelliğini kullandığınızda fotoğraf telefonunuzdan çıkmaz. Metni okuma işi cihazın kendi üzerinde yapılır. Sunucuya yalnız okunan metin gider, oradan da hangi bilginin hangi alana ait olduğu ayrıştırılır. Görselin kendisi hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez ve saklanmaz.
Konuşarak doldurma
Sesli doldurmayı kullanırsanız, verdiğiniz cevabın sesi yazıya çevrilmek üzere OpenAI'ye gönderilir. Çıkan metin sonra yine OpenAI üzerinden düzenlenip CV alanlarına yerleştirilir. Aynı yol belge metinlerinin ayrıştırılmasında da kullanılır.
Ses kaydınızı biz saklamayız; işlendikten sonra elimizde yalnız ortaya çıkan metin kalır, o da CV'nizin bir parçası olarak sizin hesabınızda durur.
Ödemeler
Web üzerinden yapılan satın alımlarda ödemeyi Paddle.com Market Limited alır. Paddle bu işlemlerde kayıtlı satıcıdır (merchant of record): faturayı o keser, vergiyi o hesaplar, iadeyi o yürütür. Kart numaranız bize hiç ulaşmaz, biz kart bilgisi görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Paddle'ın kendi gizlilik politikası paddle.com/legal/privacy adresindedir.
Mobil uygulamadan yapılan satın alımlarda ödemeyi Apple veya Google alır; orada da kart bilgisi bize gelmez. Bize yalnız "bu kullanıcı şu şablonu aldı" bilgisi ve fatura kaydı ulaşır.
Bilgilerinizi kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
Satmıyoruz, kiralamıyoruz, reklam için vermiyoruz. Yalnız hizmeti çalıştıran şu sağlayıcılar var:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited): giriş, veritabanı, sunucu işlevleri
- Cloudflare: CV'nizin PDF'i ve önizleme görselleri burada durur
- OpenAI: yalnız sesli doldurma ve belge metni ayrıştırma sırasında
- Paddle: web ödemeleri
- Apple ve Google: uygulama içi satın alımlar
Bunların dışında bir de yasal zorunluluk hâli var: mahkeme kararı gibi bağlayıcı bir talep gelirse yasanın gerektirdiği kadarını paylaşırız.
Nerede duruyor
Sunucularımız Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde bulunuyor. Türkiye dışına veri aktarımı olduğu için bunu açıkça söylüyoruz. Sağlayıcılarımızla standart sözleşme hükümleri geçerlidir.
Ne kadar süre tutuyoruz
- Hesabınız açık olduğu sürece CV'leriniz ve profiliniz durur.
- Hesabınızı silerseniz aşağıdaki liste hemen silinir.
- Faturalar, vergi mevzuatı gereği ödeme sağlayıcısında ayrıca tutulur; bu kayıtlar bizim silme işlemimizden bağımsızdır.
- Makbuz kilitleri silinmez. Bunlar kişiye değil satın alma makbuzuna aittir ve aynı makbuzun ikinci kez kullanılmasını engeller. İçlerinde kişisel bilgi yoktur.
Hesabınızı silmek
Uygulamada Profilim › Hesabı sil yolunu izleyin. Onayladığınızda şunlar silinir:
- Profiliniz ve içindeki her şey
- Kaydettiğiniz bütün CV'ler
- Açtığınız şablon hakları ve fatura kayıtlarınız
- Kullanım sayaçlarınız
- Sunucuda duran PDF ve önizleme dosyalarınız
- Varsa herkese açık profil sayfanız ve rezerve ettiğiniz kullanıcı adı
- Giriş kaydınız
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız info@nowile.com adresine hesabınızın e-postasından yazın, 30 gün içinde tamamlarız. Adım adım anlatımı hesap silme sayfasında bulabilirsiniz.
Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini sınırlama ve taşınabilir bir kopyasını isteme hakkınız var. Türkiye'de KVKK, Avrupa'da GDPR bu hakları veriyor. Talebinizi info@nowile.com adresine iletin; 30 gün içinde dönüş yaparız.
Çocuklar
nowile 16 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaşın altından veri toplamayız. Böyle bir kayıt fark edersek sileriz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek en üstteki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde ya da e-postayla haber veririz.

In short: what you type into your CV belongs to you. We keep it to run the service, we never sell it and we never use it for advertising. Photos of your diploma never leave your phone. Delete your account and it all goes.
Who we are
nowile is an app and web editor for building CVs. This policy covers nowile.com, editor.nowile.com and the iOS and Android apps.

What we hold

We collect no advertising identifier. We do not track you across sites. We use no third party ad network.
Photos of diplomas and certificates
When you use document scanning, the photo never leaves your phone. The text is read on the device itself. Only the text travels to our server, where it is sorted into the right fields. The image is never uploaded and never stored.
Filling in by speaking
If you use voice filling, the audio of your answer is sent to OpenAI to be turned into text. That text is then tidied up, again through OpenAI, and placed into the CV fields. The same route is used to sort out text taken from documents.
We do not keep your audio. Once it has been processed, all that remains with us is the resulting text, and that lives in your account as part of your CV.
Payments
For purchases made on the web, payment is taken by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the merchant of record for those transactions: it issues the invoice, calculates the tax and handles refunds. Your card number never reaches us; we neither see nor store card details. Paddle's own privacy policy is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
For purchases made in the mobile app, payment is taken by Apple or Google, and again no card details come to us. All we receive is the fact that a given user bought a given template, plus the invoice record.
Who we share it with
We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to advertisers. These are the providers that keep the service running:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited): sign in, database, server functions
- Cloudflare: where your PDF and preview images are stored
- OpenAI: only during voice filling and document text parsing
- Paddle: web payments
- Apple and Google: in-app purchases
There is one more case: if a binding legal request such as a court order arrives, we share what the law requires and no more.
Where it is kept
Our servers are in the European Union and the United States. That means data is transferred outside your country, and we say so plainly. Standard contractual clauses apply with our providers.
How long we keep it
- While your account is open, your CVs and profile stay.
- If you delete your account, everything in the list below goes at once.
- Invoices are also held by the payment provider for tax purposes; those records are separate from our deletion.
- Receipt locks are not deleted. They belong to the purchase receipt, not to a person, and they stop the same receipt being used twice. They contain no personal information.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to My profile › Delete account. Once you confirm, the following is deleted:
- Your profile and everything in it
- Every CV you saved
- Templates you unlocked and your invoice records
- Your usage counters
- The PDF and preview files held on our servers
- Your public profile page and reserved username, if you had them
- Your sign in record
If you cannot get into the app, write to info@nowile.com from your account email and we will finish it within 30 days. Step by step instructions are on the account deletion page.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is processed, and receive a portable copy. GDPR gives you these rights in Europe, and KVKK does the same in Türkiye. Send your request to info@nowile.com and we will come back to you within 30 days.
Children
nowile is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we notice such a record, we delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy we change the date at the top. If something important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email.
